What I wouldn't give for a full nights sleep!!
I inherited some great qualities from my parents, they are awesome!! (My parents I mean) But one thing I inherited from my dear old dad is the no sleep gene. The older I get the worse it becomes. I don't sleep. It's not like I don't need the sleep, because I do, but I can't sleep past around 4 am. This morning it was 3 am. It is not a fun thing. It doesn't matter what time I go to bed I still wake up EARLY.
The funny thing is that every one of my siblings got the same trait. So I know it has to be genetic, and now Briana is showing signs that she got it too. Our poor spouses just roll their eyes and laugh. I know there are worse problems (lots) but it's no fun. Although there are some good things. I have mentioned that Walmart at 5am is great. I also get alot done before work. Here is what I got done this morning before I left for work at 8:30am. 2 loads of laundry washed, dried and folded; 8 shirts ironed; the kitchen and 2 upstairs bathrooms swept and mopped; dishwasher unloaded; kitchen sink scrubbed; 2 closets straightened; all upstairs garbages emptied; glass coffee table cleaned; ALL BEFORE 8am. Wow. Greg has the week off work and so he is fixing me dinner. It's a good thing because I am done for the day!!

Holy Cow! That's more than SOME (me) people do all.day.long! I'm sorry you can't sleep.
Wow, what an inspiration! But it would not be fun to never enjoy sleeping in.
Doesn't it suck to be us? I feel your pain... sometimes it feels like its barely worth going to bed.
But...I'm not quite as productive as you are!!
Okay now that really makes the rest of us look bad...The only other thing that needs to be said is "AMBIEN" lol
Oh Sharon, we should have middle of the night chats! :o) Just come say my name outside in your driveway and I'll be able to hear you! You know how great the insulation is the builders put in our homes! LOL! I can't sleep either and mine won't go away for a few years! :o) Will you come clean my house? At least you are productive. I just go lay out on the couch and cry cause I'm not asleep! LOL!
Ooh. This will work out perfectly. My 2 year old seems to start waking around 4 or 5, so you can just come over here and take care of her so I can get the sleep I desparately need!!! Sound like a plan? You live close. We can make this work. :)
